At Hiraya Manawari, each piece is made with care and intention.

We want you to feel at home in what you wear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

    •    We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

    •    To start a return, please contact us at hirayamanawarildn@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    •    Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions for sending your item back.

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

    •    Exchanges are subject to availability.

    •    If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose a different product or request a refund.

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

    •    Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
